This policy explains what Hank TC collects on hanktc.com and how it is used. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- What you give us on the waitlist form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the city and state you sell in, your brokerage, your role, roughly how many sides you close a year, your license number (optional), the plan you lean toward, your message, and the email consent you gave, with the exact words you agreed to.
- How you reached us: campaign tags in the link you followed (such as UTM parameters or an ad click id), the referring site, and the pages you viewed, with basic device and browser details. This is stored in your browser and on our servers so we can tell which campaigns work.
- Technical data your browser sends with any request, such as your IP address, which we use to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
- To hold your place and founding price on the waitlist, and to invite you to the pilot.
- To send the emails you agreed to receive. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve our marketing and this site.
Cookies and analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to this site. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites. We also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which set cookies to measure how people find and use this site and whether our ads work, including when you join the founding waitlist. These providers process that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing text messages from this site, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Agents using Hank: your deal data
When you use Hank as your transaction coordinator, you put deal documents, deal details and the contact details of the people on your deals into Hank (“deal data”). This section explains how we handle it. Our Terms of Service also apply.
- AI processing. Hank uses AI to read the documents you give him, pull out dates and details, file documents on the right deal and draft paperwork and messages for your review. The AI models we use are run by service providers that process deal data only to provide that service to us.
- Used only for your deals. We use deal data to coordinate your deals and run the Service for you, and to keep it secure and working.
- Never to another brokerage or to other agents. Your deal data is never added to any brokerage’s business reporting or analytics, and it is never shared with or shown to other agents, except the people you direct Hank to send documents or messages to.
- Your contacts stay private to you. We do not market to the people in your contacts or on your deals, and we do not share them.
- Retention. We keep deal data while your account is open. If you cancel, we keep it so you keep read access to your deals and files, as our Terms promise. You can ask us to delete it at [email protected]; we will, except for what we must keep to meet a legal, tax or billing obligation or to resolve a dispute. Remember that your brokerage may require you to keep your own copy of your transaction records.
- Billing. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Service providers
We use service providers to host this site and the Service, store waitlist sign-ups and deal data, run AI models, process card payments and send email. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message.
- Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
